Why do I need to supply my ID and waiver in California?
MAIL ORDER/INTERNET SALES: THE STAKE ACT California Business and Professions Code Section 22963 (STAKE Act) Scope: No person may sell, distribute, or engage in the nonsale distribution of tobacco products to minors via public or private postal services. The law includes directives designed to ensure that people who order by mail, fax, phone, or the internet are 18 years (21 as of June 9, 2016) of age or older. For example, distributors or sellers must either (1) match the name, address, and date of birth provided by the customer to information contained in a database of individuals verified to be 18 or older, or (2) require the customer to submit verification of age, including a copy of a valid form of government identification. The law establishes a two carton minimum on each order of cigarettes. It also mandates that all applicable purchases must be made by personal check or credit card and that the distributor or seller must call purchasers to confirm their orders. Nonsale distribution is defined as giving smokeless tobacco or cigarettes to the general public at no cost, or at nominal cost, or to give coupons, coupon offers, gift certificates, gift cards, or other similar offers, or rebate offers for smokeless tobacco or cigarettes to the general public at no cost or at nominal cost. Distribution of tobacco products, coupons, coupon offers, gift certificates, gift cards, or other similar offers, or rebate offers in connection with the sale of another item, including tobacco products, cigarette lighters, magazines, or newspapers shall not constitute nonsale distribution. Exception: The U.S. Postal Service and other common carriers are exempt from penalties when they deliver a package without any reason to know the package’s contents.
Limit 1 bottle per order, not to exceed 5 bottles per year. Bottles must be returned and verified prior to replacement being processed. Please allow up to 3 business days after items are received for refunds or replacements to be processed.
All sales on Mechanical Mods are final, no returns will be excepted. Serial numbers will be recorded. Mechanical Mods come with some risk. Misuse including but not limited to poor battery maintenance and the use of incorrect batteries can cause serious injury including but not limited to: burns, explosions and death. These items are intended for experienced vapers only. Vape Dudes/CLS Trading will not be responsible for misuse of these items. A signature upon delivery is required.
REBUILDABLE ATOMIZERS AND DRIPPERS:
All sales are final and no returns will be accepted on these items. Serial numbers will be recorded. Please be aware that building coils can be dangerous and can cause serious injury including but not limited to: burns, explosions and death. These items are intended for experienced vapers only. It is recommended that you have an ohm and volt meter when building coils. Vape Dudes/CLS Trading will not be responsible for misuse of these items. A signature upon delivery will be required.
The building of sub-ohm coils is dangerous, please make sure that you have a firm understanding of coil building and that you have the proper batteries and equipment required to handle sub-ohm. High amperage batteries are recommended. Vape Dudes/CLS Trading will not be responsible for sub-ohm builds done on atomizers and or drippers purchased from www.vapedudes.com
HARDWARE AND ACCESSORIES:
Hardware is covered under a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty covers manufacture defect only. The item must be returned in the original manufacture packaging and include all original items, batteries, tanks and atomizers. Hardware will be tested, if the item is defective, a replacement will be sent. If it is determined the item was misused, it will be returned to you. Mechanical Mods and RBAs/RDAs are not considered normal hardware and the 30 day warranty does not apply to these items.
Tanks including Kanger Protank, Kanger Aerotank, Kanger T3 and Kanger Evod along with all replacement coils/heads are considered consumable items and do not come with a warranty. Please be aware that there are certain flavors that will crack polycarbonate tanks. Cinnamon or juice containing cinnamon, Black Licorice, Clove, Citrus flavors including but not limited to Dr Venkman and Mt. Dude. If you use flavors that are known to crack tanks we recommend using Pyrex Glass, Kanger Protank , Aerotank and or Pyrex Texas Tuff Tank (carto tank).
Are considered a consumable item and are not covered under warranty. If you need help on how to properly prime a cartomizer, please contact us through our customer service tab.
MAKING CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Once your order is placed, it is difficult to make changes, Customer service will make every attempt to accommodate customer requests. However once the order is in processing no changes can be made.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes for the order/juice to made or pulled for shipping. Our liquid is handmade to order and is not made in batches, with the exception of Private Stock. Processing time does not include shipping time or weekends/holidays. Expedited shipping does not negate processing time. The 1st business day will be the day after the order is placed. Tracking numbers will be issued once the package has been shipped. Tracking information will be listed on your order details. Shipping time frames are estimates only; the time frame given by USPS is issued by USPS, not by vapedudes.com. Vape Dudes has no control over delivery times, estimates or extenuating circumstances such as but not limited to weather, natural disasters or acts of God. Lost packages will be handled on a case by case basis; packages will require a 5 day waiting period after projected delivery. When shipping to APO And FPO addresses, please make sure the address is complete. It is also required by USPS that the 9 digit zip code be provided. We will not be able to ship a package with an incomplete address.
Vape Dudes does ship internationally. Please be aware that Vape Dudes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or seizure by customs, nor is Vape Dudes responsible for customs fees. Please make sure that your address is listed correctly. Shipping time on international packages depends on the freight selected. Vape Dudes does not have control over delivery time frames.
Coupon codes may be offered on occasion. The use of these codes will be held to their individual terms and conditions. At any time, a code may be alternated or discontinued without notice; this also includes affiliate codes.
Vape Dudes uses only 100% USA-sourced ingredients. The Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerin (VG) we use is USP Kosher grade. The nicotine used is pharmaceutical grade and USA-sourced. We do not add any additional color or contaminants such as Diacetyl. Some flavorings have been shown to have trace amounts of Diacetyl. We are currently working on a standardized test for all of our products in the short term.
The Gourmet line contains natural and artificial flavoring.
Storage and Shelf life: Liquid should be stored in a cool, dark place. Do not leave liquid in your vehicle during warm or hot weather, or in direct sunlight. Nicotine will oxidize and the juice will come darker, it can also alter the flavor.
The average shelf life of liquid is 12 months with proper storage. However this does not mean that the flavor, viscosity and coloring will remain the same. If the liquid has an alcohol smell please do not use it as it has spoiled at this stage. Please keep all liquid away from children and pets. Nicotine is considered a toxin and will cause serious harm if ingested. If liquid comes in contact with the skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Liquid is not to be taken by mouth or injection. Liquid is to be used in vapor form only.
