What is the ratio of PG to VG in your juices and what kind of PG, VG and nicotine do you use?

We use a ratio of 50% PG to 50% VG in all of our eJuice. We use this ratio because it provides an ideal consistency and provides a moderate amount of vapor production. We use only 100% Natural Kosher vegetable glycerin, USP Propelyne Glycol and 99% pure made in the USA nicotine. All of our products are 100% DIACETYL FREE (this includes diacetyl substitutes!!! We never water down our products, either. We use NO additives.

What is PG? What is VG?

PG - Propylene Glycol. This is the flavor carrier. PG is thinner than VG.

               VG - Vegetable Glycerine. This is the vapor producer. VG is thicker than PG.

Do you offer different ratios of PG to VG?

Yes. Just fill in the blanks when you check out. If your ratio is not in the drop down menu, please put your requested ratio in the comment section of the order.

Can you create custom blends for people with PG or VG sensitivities? 

Yes. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our products. 

Shipping

How long after an order is placed do you ship?

Every single bottle of Vape Dudes ejuice is custom made by Chris shortly before it is shipped. This means that we don't make batches, we don't let juice sit around and we guarantee freshness and quality! Due to this, processing/shipping times might require a small wait. Please check the home page for current processing/shipping times. We keep this updated. Please allow additional time during high volume time periods (sales, holidays, etc.) Feel free to contact us with any questions about shipping. Priority shipping does NOT include priority processing. We feel that in the interest of fairness all orders should be processed in the order they are received. 

What shipping service and speed does $3 Flat Rate Shipping include?

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service using First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. You will be provided a tracking number, but the USPS system does not guarantee updated tracking until delivery. The estimated delivery time for First Class Mail is 2 to 3 days within the Domestic United States. 

Why do my billing and shipping addresses have to match? Can you ship to a different address? 

In order to prevent fraud, your billing and shipping addresses must match. However, we will ship your package anywhere you would like after you check-out. Simply send us a request through the Contact Us page with the information. You can even put your request in the comments section of your order. It's as easy as that! 

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

We offer various expedited shipping options.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to any country where the sale of e-cigs, e-juice and nicotine is legal. 

Are there countries where you are unable to ship?

Yes, we are unable to ship to any country embargoed by the United States. 

My international order is lost! Will you replace it?

We are not responsible for orders once they leave the United States. We cannot replace lost or stolen international orders.

I live in Texas. Can I come pick up my order?

Currently, we do not have a storefront. All orders must be placed on our website or by phone and will be shipped directly to your address.

Is your Vape Dudes eJuice made in America?

Yes! We handcraft all of our juices in our Dallas, Texas offices using ingredients made in the USA. Our ejuice is truly a 100% made in the USA product.

Are your zero nicotine juices really nicotine free?

Yes. Our zero nicotine Vape Dudes juices are 100% free of nicotine and all traces of nicotine.

What nicotine strengths do you offer? Are you planning on adding more strengths?

We offer all of our eJuices in 0mg, 6mg, 11mg, 16mg and 24 mg nicotine. If you require a different strength, please put the request in the comment section of the order.

What do you mean by hand crafted?

At Vape Dudes we never use batches, not even small ones. This means that each and every bottle is hand crafted. We don't grab a bottle of pre-made juice and fill smaller bottles. We take all of the components of our juice and mix them together in each 10ml or 30ml bottle. We measure out the nicotine, flavoring, PG and VG into the bottle and shake. Voila! Your juice is born! We repeat this process for every bottle we ever create. This is truly hand crafted, hand made ejuice!

Vape Dudes was founded by 2 dudes - Chris & Andy. Today, Vape Dudes is owned and operated by Chris and Jennifer (Andy's wife).

Do you offer coupon codes?

Yes. At various intervals, we release coupon codes that range from 10% to 40%. We also run special promotions such as our "Facebook Freebie". We always announce our discounts and coupons through Facebook, Twitter and our Blog. 

40%vapedudes coupon code?

The 40% vapedudes and fbfree coupons are limited to one per household. Household is defined by mailing address. All multiple orders will be cancelled and refunded immediately. The vapedudes code has been discontinued as of June 15, 2013.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer bulk pricing. If you are interested in purchasing a large order, please contact us.

Payment Options

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as money order payment options. 

Do you take Paypal?

We cannot use Paypal as a payment option due to the restrictions placed on e-cig and e-juice vendors on the site. It is currently against the terms of service for Paypal for all e-cig related products to be sold through Paypal. Those using Paypal are doing so at risk of having their accounts frozen and being banned forever.

Can I place an order on the phone?

Currently we do not take orders over the phone. 

I don't understand the pricing. Why does it say $11 for a 30ml and when I go to the checkout page it says $16.99?

Our system works like this: The 10ml price of $5.99 is the base price for our Gourmet line. For a 30ml bottle, $11 is added to the 10ml price to make the cost $16.99. This increases for the 50ml and 100ml bottles. This also applies to the Naturals line. The 10ml price is $6.49 and the 30ml bottle is $17.49 (PLUS $11).

Returns

Do you accept returns? 

Yes. We accept returns for any reason and will go out of our way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. 

If I order a flavor that I end up disliking, can I return it or exchange it for another flavor?

Yes. If for any reason you are unhappy with your juice, please contact us on our website to arrange your return and or/exchange. 

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you are unhappy with your product or you make an order by mistake, we are always happy to issue a refund. We will strive to ensure that you are always happy when buying from the Vape Dudes.

Shelf Life & Storage

Is there a shelf life limit on the Vape Dudes eJuice? 

Typically, our juices are good for at least 6 months if stored properly. You can even refrigerate your juice to make it last longer. 

How should I store my Vape Dudes eJuices?

You should always store your juice in a cool, dark place away from sunlight. Always keep the Vape Dudes eJuice away from pets and children. 

My eJuice has changed color since it arrived. Is this ok?

Over time our juice changes color through a process called steeping. Think of our Vape Dudes eJuice as a fine wine. It improves with a little bit of age. If you store your juice in a dark place (such as a cabinet) the juice will not change color as fast. Always keep juice cool. If your juice gets hot during transit, please contact us for replacements if you feel that the juice is unusable.

Order Capacity

I just tried to order, but I can't b/c you are closed. What is this about?

We have enacted a daily order limit so we can keep our shipping times manageable. We will open the site every day at 8am CSTand close the site when we reach capacity. Never fear! Everyone will have a chance to order! As we grow, our capacity will grow. All carts in progress will be saved. We will periodically open additional hours and will announce these hours on the front page of the website and Facebook.
