·        What is the ratio of PG to VG in your juices?

o   We use a ratio of 50% PG to 50% VG in all of our e-CAT Gourmet Juice.  We use this ratio because it provides an ideal consistency and provides a moderate amount of vapor production.

·        Will you be offering other ratios of PG to VG in the future?

o   Yes. We are currently working on offering other ratios of e-CAT Gourmet Juice.

·        Can you create custom blends for people with PG or VG sensitivities?

o   Yes, we can provide this service on request. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our products.

·        Shipping

·        How long after an order is placed, do you ship?

o   We make every effort to ship all orders the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday. Large orders may take extra processing time. In the event of a promotion, shipping times might take longer.

·        What shipping service and speed does $3 Flat Rate Shipping include?

o   We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service using Parcel Post. The estimated delivery time for Parcel Post is 3 days within the Domestic United States.

·        Do you offer expedited shipping?

o   Although we offer free standard shipping, we do offer expedited shipping by request.

·        Do you ship overseas?

o   Yes, we ship to any country where the sale of e-cigs, e-juice and nicotine is legal.

·        Are there countries where you are unable to ship?

o   Yes, we are unable to ship to any country embargoed by the United States. We are also not allowed to ship to Australia, Israel and Brunei.

·        I live in Texas. Can I come pick up my order?

o   Currently, we do not have a storefront. All orders must be placed on our website or by phone and will be shipped directly to your address.

o   Yes! We handcraft all of our juices in our Dallas, Texas offices using American sourced materials to offer you a truly made in the USA product.

o   Yes. Our zero nicotine e-CAT juices are 100% free of nicotine.

·        What nicotine strengths do you offer? Are you planning on adding more strengths?

o   Yes. If for any reason you are unhappy with your juice, please contact us on our website or call our office to arrange your return and or/exchange.

·        Do you offer refunds?

o   Yes. If you are unhappy with your product or you make an order by mistake, we are always happy to issue a refund. We will strive to ensure that you are always happy when buying from the Vape Dudes.

·        Shelf Life & Storage

·        Is there a shelf life limit on the Vape Dudes e-CAT Gourmet eJuice?

o   Typically, our juices are good for at least 6 months if stored properly. You can even refrigerate your juice to make it last longer.

·        How should I store my e-CAT eJuices?

o   You should always store your juice in a cool, dark place away from sunlight. Always keep the Vape Dudes e-CAT Gourmet eJuice away from pets and children.

·        My eJuice has changed color since it arrived. Is this ok?

o   Over time our juice changes color through a process called steeping. Think of our e-CAT Gourmet eJuice as a fine wine. It improves with a little bit of age.
